Founder

Dr Tiffany Chen is a periodontist and the founder of The Cusp Collective, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women in dentistry by mastering non-technical skills.

Throughout her dental career, Tiffany became increasingly cognizant of the challenges faced by women in society. After an incredibly difficult time completing specialist training with a newborn, during which there was a lack of targeted industry support and resources, Tiffany was Fired. Up. She was determined to create what she needed but could not find.

The Cusp Collective was formed as an ever-evolving platform to champion the success of women. Every project and initiative is created with great care and guided by our ethos to inspire, connect, and support women to evolve to their greatest potential.
