  • Yes! Our 2025 conference includes 1 scientific hours and 6 non-scientific hours.. Across a 3 year cycle where you need 60 CPD hours, 20% (12 hours) may be allocated to non-scientific talks. It’s a sad amount considering the critical role non-technical skills play in our journey to achieving sustainable success in our careers.

  • We get it, walking into a room alone can feel daunting. That’s why The Cusp Collective is intentionally designed to be an inclusive space.

    Our founder, Dr Tiffany Chen makes it her personal priority to introduce solo attendees to like-minded women, so you know you belong from the moment you arrive.

  • Yes, absolutely!
    While the content is designed with women dentists & specialists in mind, the majority of insights and resources are relevant and valuable across roles.

    Some talks may speak more specifically to the challenges dentists and specialists face- but the space itself is open, inclusive, and rich with value for anyone aligned with our mission.
